Take a Hike – Honey Bee Canyon Trail
This hike is going to be a combination of Honey Bee Canyon Trail North and South. The North trail is 2 miles long and the South trail is a 2.8 mile loop with petroglyph rock drawings done by the Hohokam. Elevation gain/loss is only 100’. This is rated as an easy hike, wandering through desert and washes. We may see some wildlife along the way. This hike starts at a park located in the Rancho Vistoso development. As always bring lots of water, sunscreen, snack, hat, hiking sticks, wear hiking boots and layer your clothing. This hike is all in the sun and could get quite warm. No parks pass needed.
