Sock Hop 2014

Don’t miss one of Rancho Resort’s most fun events of the year – the Sock Hop!  This year the theme is  ”Let the Good Times Roll.”

Tickets will be $10 each and will include pizza, dessert, and a beverage.   Please note on your ticket request if you would like your pizza to be vegetarian so we can accommodate your dietary needs.   Entertainment will be provided by 2’s Company, a popular group who will play our favorites from the ‘50’s and ‘60’s.

Bring a picture of yourself from your high school days to the clubhouse prior to Jan 10^th to display on a tripod set up in the lobby.  We can all enjoy looking at each other’s photos and trying to guess who is who!   Bring a copy or if the original, make sure to put your name on the back of your picture so it can be returned to you. Judy Cooper and John Ackerman will be taking photos “at the hop” and there will be prizes for the best 50’s/60’s style costumes.  There will be a hula hoop contest and a twist contest so brush up on your best moves and let’s see who the winners will be!

Door prizes will be given and a 50/50 raffle will take place.

Doors will open at 5 pm

Dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m

Music will be from 6:30 – 9 p.m.
