The summer is here! We’ve had some pretty warm weather so far, with more to come! However, relief may be around the corner with the Monsoon season. We may get some relief for a day or two at a time with the rains! New residents: take note of precautions published in most local newspaper publications and on the internet.

What’s new and exciting! Pool users have noticed the new shade structures that residents and your HAC have pushed for this past year! Also, cracks in the cement around the pool have been addressed as well. If you haven’t visited the pool lately, put it on your calendar and check it out!

Your homeowner’s Advisory Committee continues to work hard with management on issues residents have communicated to us. Although HAC is only an advisory body, we try very hard to represent your interest, day in and day out! We encourage everyone to come to our monthly HAC/FYI meetings to make positive contributions that benefit all residents at Rancho Resort. We are currently soliciting input from residents for the 2018 budget. Drop your suggestions/comments in the suggestion box in the clubhouse lobby. Happy Independence Day!
