The Monsoon’s arrived in July and many residents welcomed the rain! The desert foliage is turning green and our flowers, Texas Rangers, etc. are blossoming. Unfortunately, our
weeds are taking off too! Homeowners are expected to tackle treatment and removal of those weeds in their yards. Let’s keep our resort looking good. Yes, AAA is addressing
the weeds in the areas they are scheduled to address every month. Also, keep trash tubs in your garage or in your outside trash compound if you have one. They are eye sores to
your neighbors otherwise. We encourage residents as well as renters to attend our joint FYI (For Your Information) and HAC meeting the third Wednesday of every month, in the
Ballroom at 11:00 a.m. It’s always a great opportunity to find out what’s going on in the resort and to comment about successes and concerns you may have to share.
