Get on the list for your FREE caption telephone!! Clear Captions is a telecommunications company funded by the Federal Government under Title IV of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA). The Federal Program provides captioned telephones and service at no cost to individuals with hearing loss. With this service voice communication via telephone is transferred to text format. Dead line to sign-up is Oct. 31st, sign-up sheet in the lobby.
