Canoa Ranch Conservation Park is owned and operated by the Pima County Parks and Recreation Department. A dozen or so buildings have been partly restored along with numerous walls, corrals and landscaped areas.

The Ranch was started as a Spanish land grant of 17,000 acres in 1820. In the1930’s, 40’s and 50’s it was a major working ranch and attraction in Southern Arizona. The County’s goal is to fully restore it to a working ranch of that era and as a regional visitor’s center.

Canoa Ranch is located on the south edge of Green Valley, East of I-19. To get there exit I-19 at the Canoa Ranch Road, go to the East frontage road and turn left, go about a quarter mile north to the entrance driveway.
